To celebrate being a Small Awards finalist, Amanda was invited by the Chancellor RT Hon Rachel Reeves to a celebration event for Colchester Children’s Counselling for the 'At Your Service' category.

Out of the whole of the UK we also just happened to be in the same finalist category as another phenomenal local (Colchester) business Ginger and Tails. Many congratulations to Holly also!
We were featured in the Essex Standard and the Colchester Gazette.
June was a busy month and Amanda also attended the launch of the Maple Project at the House of Lords.
Amanda has been a passionate supporter of this research and project since she was invited to the launch lunch over a year ago and it have been phenomenal to see it come to life. We cannot wait to see what barriers we can help to bring down for budding entreprenuers in the future!

It was phenomenal to be shortlisted as the 'At your Service' category as one of eight finalist for the entire UK. Whilst we didn't bring home the win, we certainly made some great new friends and was hugely inspired but the business that we met.

We are so happy to announce that we have been shortlisted as one of 8 finalist in The Small Awards for the 'At your service' category. We are so proud of each of the wonderful therapists, trainees and support team that commit dedication and hard work to not only their professional standards but their ongoing learning and commitment to inclusion and the support of young peoples mental health at Colchester Childrens Counselling
The awards take place in London in May and we are so proud to be amongst the other incredible shortlisted businesses in our category!
FEB/MARCH 2026: Amanda took part in a Rickshaw rally to help raise vital funds for women and children in India. She spent several days driving from the East Coast of India to the West ending on international womens day. Here are some of the live BBC TV broadcasts and press articles.

Amanda was recently featured as one of the Sixty Stories to celebrate 60 years of the University of Essex

Amanda was invited to the Science Museum in London in May to celebrate her completion of the 'AI for Small Business' training and the launch of the 'AI for Small Business Review'. Thank you to Small Business Britian and BT for funding and running the programme.
